PROTECT PACKAGE
To provide greater safety, security and assurance for our customers, Guns & Tactics now automatically includes Package Protection at a flat rate as part of our shipping and delivery services for all products ordered from the Guns & Tactics Site.
What is it?
- Package Protection is coverage for if your item(s) purchased from Guns & Tactics were to be lost or damaged during shipment.
- If your item was lost or damaged in shipment, you can submit a Package Protection Claim within 24 hours of transfer. Guns & Tactics may ask for proof of transfer date and/or a receipt or document that proves you are making the claim within 24 hours of transfer.
- Once your claim is deemed eligible, we will always attempt a replacement first, then refund if necessary. If refunded, refund will include: purchase price of the item, plus applicable shipping, taxes, and fees (but not the cost for the Package Protection coverage).
- Package Protection does not apply to packages that were delivered to their final destination but were stolen or otherwise not received.
How can I get Package Protection?
- Package Protection is included automatically during checkout, but Customers may opt out of using Guns & Tactics Package Protection by un-checking the Package Protection box at checkout.
- Package Protection is available for a flat rate on orders up to $5,000.00.
How do I know if my order has Package Protection?
- Package Protection will be displayed on your order confirmation email.
