1. Age Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase long gun ammunition.
- You must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition, firearms, or serialized components.
2. Federal Firearms License (FFL) Requirements
- All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
- You are responsible for providing the FFL dealer’s contact information or having them send us a valid copy of their license.
- We will not ship a firearm until the FFL has been verified and approved.
3. Identity & Eligibility Verification
- We reserve the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm age and address.
- Orders may be canceled if the buyer does not meet legal eligibility or refuses to provide documentation.
4. Local & State Compliance
- Buyers are responsible for knowing and following all applicable laws in their state, county, or city.
- Any prohibited items ordered to a restricted area will be canceled and refunded minus processing fees.
5. Straw Purchases Are Illegal
Purchasing a firearm or ammunition on behalf of someone who is not legally permitted to own it is a federal crime. We report suspected violations to the ATF.
