2. Legal Compliance
You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, transfer, and possession of firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
Guns & Tactics does not ship firearms, ammunition, or restricted items to jurisdictions where such transactions are prohibited. Orders in violation of the law will be canceled and refunded.
3. Firearms and Ammunition Sales
a. Age Requirements
- Firearms: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handguns or receivers.
- Ammunition: You must be 18 years or older to purchase rifle ammunition and 21 or older for handgun ammunition (depending on your jurisdiction).
b. Federal Firearms License (FFL)
- Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals.
- All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer in your area.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the FFL dealer provides us with a valid copy of their license.
4. Order Processing and Shipping
- Firearms are only shipped to authorized FFL dealers.
- Ammunition may be restricted in certain states or cities; all ammo shipments require adult signature.
- Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation and legal validation.
- Flat-rate shipping is $15.00 via UPS.
5. Payment Policy
- All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
- We accept payment via approved platforms including C2C.
- Orders will not ship until payment is successfully processed and legal compliance is verified.
6. Cancellations and Returns
a. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment with a 10% restocking fee.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
b. Returns
- Firearms, ammunition, and serialized parts are non-returnable.
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- All return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
7. Product Descriptions & Availability
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update listings, or cancel orders due to incorrect information or out-of-stock items.
8. Prohibited States and Restrictions
We do not ship certain products to:
- California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and other restricted states
- Washington D.C., APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories
Please consult local laws before placing an order. Orders to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.
9. Limitation of Liability
Guns & Tactics is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of firearms, ammunition, or accessories purchased from our site. The buyer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the possession and use of products.

By using this site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guns & Tactics, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the site, violation of laws, or breach of these terms.
